Child Find Alberta

Child Find Alberta is a non-profit organization that provides education and prevention for missing and exploited children. Child Find Alberta has one clear goal that drives every action of the organization; Every Child Safe from Harm. We believe that this in a large part be achieved through public and personal education and awareness programs like our All About Me I.D. fingerprinting services, and our Education & Prevention programs, as well as our advocacy and awareness work.

Since our inception in 1983 as Canada's first missing children's agency, we have worked tirelessly to educate and protect the children of the province of Alberta. Child Find Alberta is a contributing member of Child Find Canada, as well as a member of AMECO. We are recognized by the National Missing Children's Services in Ottawa, as well as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Since 1984 Child Find's programs have been endorsed by the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, and more recently by the RCMP and municipal police forces. Child Find Alberta strives for all of its services to be accessible and free of charge to every child and parent throughout every community in Alberta.
